Theme: Haiku or Short & Sweet

When: Thursday, June 13

Time: 6pm - 6:40pm - Then to the book launch event at St. John's

Where: Lunenburg Library, Room 101

Our theme this week is Haiku or Short & Sweet. This will be our last gathering before we break for the summer, returning in September. We will meet at the library, as usual, at 6pm. At 6:40 we will walk down to St. John Anglican Church Hall for the book launch event (see below). Bring your own poem, or one you found and join us in conversation. When possible, bring 8-ish printed copies of the poem are you reading.

Poetry Field Trip!
Instead of our regular Spot of Poetry Gathering on June 13, we will go on a local field trip to support a poetry and prose book launch event.

I am very excited that our Sharing Library is up and running! The books are available at the Lunenburg Library – please ask at the desk for the Spot of Poetry bin of books.
Books are available to borrow at our in-person gatherings, or by arranging for pickup by email.
